By accessing or using ESD, you agree to comply with this License. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Definitions
- “ESD” refers to Eigen Space Design and its licensed software and services.
- “User” refers to any individual or organization accessing the platform.

License Grant
ESD grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for:

This license does not grant ownership of the software or underlying technology.
Permitted Use
Users may:
- Create, run, and manage simulation workflows
- Store and process simulation data within their workspace
- Collaborate within authorized team environments
User must comply with applicable laws and organizational policies.
Restrictions
Users may not:
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify platform components
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute platform access
- Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized activities
- Attempt to disrupt system performance, security, or integrity
Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
Account and Access
- Users are responsible for maintaining account security.
- All activity under an account is the responsibility of the account holder.
- ESD may enforce authentication, usage limits, or access controls as required.
Data Ownership
- Users retain full ownership of all simulation inputs and outputs.
- ESD does not claim ownership over user-generated data.
- Data is processed solely to provide platform functionality and improve performance.
For enterprise or on-prem deployments, data remains within the customer-controlled environment.
License Type
Access levels may vary based on the license tier:
- Individual License — Single-user access with standard capabilities
- Team License — Multi-user collaboration with shared workspaces
- Enterprise License — Custom deployments, private infrastructure, and advanced controls
Feature availability may differ by plan.
Usage Limits
Depending on the license tier, usage may be subject to:
- Compute or simulation limits
- Storage capacity
- Concurrent job execution constraints
Exceeding limits may require plan upgrades or additional resources.
Accuracy and Responsibility
ESD provides validated, state-of-the-art numerical solvers benchmarked against leading commercial tools.
However:
- Simulation results are approximations of physical behavior
- Users are responsible for validating results before real-world application
- ESD is not liable for decisions based solely on simulation outputs
Intellectual Property
All platform software, interfaces, workflows, and documentation are the intellectual property of Eigen Space Design.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
Availability and Modification
- ESD may update or modify platform features at any time.
- Scheduled maintenance or downtime may occur.
- Feature availability may vary by license type or deployment mode.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ESD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable license period.
Termination
ESD may suspend or terminate access:
- For violation of license terms
- For security or compliance reasons
- Upon user request
Upon termination, access to the workspace may be restricted according to data retention policies.
Governing Law
This License Agreement is governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Eigen Space Design operates.
